Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ohio-Semitronics CT5-100E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Okuma product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E32UTAT16F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E3ZD61 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 100580070500792 by Manufacturer Okuma as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omega Brand LVU230K72 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okano-Works such as PSG18 equipment made by Okano-Works have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E3B2R5M4DUS by Omron and PSG18 spares by Okano-Works are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
